There will be a new pair of feet behind the Sabres’ bench for the 2011-12 season.
Brian McCutcheon enjoyed 11 seasons standing aside Lindy Ruff. He enjoyed some ups and downs in his tenure, which included work on the power play – work that he was relieved from in 2009 in favor of James Patrick.
The Sabres have yet to comment.
To have a gander on who I am told will be his replacement – and who will take over the head coaching job for the Sabres’ AHL affiliate – head on over to “Buffalo Sabres Nation.”
