A spokesperson for the Sabres tells Channel 2, that new owner Terry Pegula has paid for more than 75 Sabres alumni to fly in from all over the country for the event.
Pegula is expected to pick up hotel, transportation and food tabs for the guys as well.
Among the confirmed alumni names scheduled to appear at the event, include Jerry Korab (pictured), Darryl Shannon and Pat LaFontaine.
Is anyone out there still wondering why we wanted to sing “happy birthday” to our benevolent billionaire anymore?
